We had a good trip at this brand-new hotel. All of the staff were amicable, accommodating. Location: the property was close enough to Richmond. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Ohio.

A Challenging Stay Amidst Disturbances

My family stayed for a funeral, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it tough to find peace. Kids were running in the hall, and there was yelling. It became a daunting experience rather than a comforting reprieve.

What a comfortable stay, no complaints whatsoever. Stunningly beautiful hotel located really close to Richmond. Large room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Helpful and superbly friendly staff and attention to detail.

Highly recommend for comfort seekers

When we walked in, I was hit with that clean smell. Room was huge and the beds, pure comfort, could sleep like a baby after the long drive. That gym? Perfect for a quick workout to stretch out after being stuck in the car.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

I loved how spacious our King Suite was! The bed? Total cloud vibes-it was like sleeping on a dream! And can we talk about that hearty breakfast? The coffee was just the cherry on top of an already good stay.
